The minimum age requirement for admission to workshops hosted by the summit is 16+ . Admission to BMS club nights & experiences is 18 years old.
All hotel guests must be 18 years old at the time of check in. There are no exceptions to this rule. All guests will be required to provide their passports upon check-in and any guests found to be under the age of 18 (even if they turn 18 during their stay) will be asked to find alternative accommodation.

Please bring your e-ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with, and valid photo identification (Student ID is mandatory for student tickets).
Please note that the name on your e-ticket must match your identification. You may be refused entry to the Summit if you fail to produce the relevant documents for entry.
Yes, it is absolutely fine to arrive a day later or earlier. Just make sure to book your hotel for the nights you want to stay and enjoy what Ibiza has to offer.
If your payment is declined or you do not have enough funds in your account then you will need to contact your bank to bring the account up to date. Your ticket will be held for a maximum of 3 days before being released.

Ibiza International Airport is the closest airport to the summit, it can be reached from most major European, Caribbean, American and African airports, with both direct and non-direct flights.
Sagales operates a bus from Ibiza Airport to Santa Eulària des Riu 4 times a day. Tickets cost €3 - €5
